I became a psychotherapist because I believe that most human suffering is understandable — and that understanding it is the beginning of changing it.
After studying psychology at UCL, I trained at Goldsmiths in an integrative, depth-oriented model that puts the therapeutic relationship at the centre of everything. I've been in full-time private practice since 2012.
My clients are adults from all walks of life: executives, artists, parents, people in crisis, people who are simply stuck. What they share is a feeling that the way things are isn't the way they have to be.
I have a particular interest in working with men who've never had a space to speak without judgement. I also work regularly with people navigating burnout, career transition, and the particular loneliness of high achievement.

I work in a depth-oriented way — which means we're interested in patterns, not just symptoms. What happened before this? What does this remind you of? What are you actually afraid of, underneath the thing you're afraid of? These questions take time, but the answers tend to be lasting.
I'm also in ongoing personal therapy myself. I think that matters.
The unconscious matters. Early experience shapes adult life in ways we're often not aware of. We make those patterns visible.

Questions of meaning, freedom, mortality and authenticity are not distractions — they're often at the heart of why people come.
The body holds what the mind can't always access. Noticing physical sensation is part of the work — gently, never forcibly.
